Pricing & Visits
How much does regular garden maintenance cost?
Our regular garden care starts from £35 per hour. The total cost depends on your garden size, how often you'd like visits, and what needs doing. I'll give you a clear quote after seeing your garden — no hidden costs or surprises.
Do you charge per hour or per visit?
We charge per hour, which keeps things fair and transparent. Most regular visits are 2-4 hours depending on garden size. You'll know exactly what you're paying before we start.
What's included in your regular garden care?
Everything your garden needs to stay healthy and tidy. Lawn mowing, border weeding, pruning up to 5ft, seasonal planting, leaf clearing, and general maintenance. All tools, equipment, and waste disposal included.
Is there a minimum booking or visit length?
Yes, we have a 2-hour minimum for regular garden maintenance in Tonbridge. This gives us enough time to do a proper job and keeps the service cost-effective for everyone.
Do you charge extra for waste removal or travel?
No extra charges for waste disposal or travel within our service area. Everything's included in the hourly rate — what you see is what you pay.

Do you offer one-off jobs?
We focus on regular, ongoing garden care rather than one-off jobs. This approach keeps gardens healthier and gives you better value. If you need a garden rescue first, we can discuss that as part of starting regular maintenance.
What size gardens do you look after?

Can you help with planting or design advice?

Do you bring your own tools and equipment?
Yes, all professional tools and equipment are included. Commercial-grade mowers, strimmers, hedge trimmers — everything needed to do the job properly.
Do you work all year round?
Yes, gardens need care in every season. Spring preparation, summer maintenance, autumn cleanup, winter protection — we adapt the work to what your garden needs throughout the year.
Reliability & Continuity
Will the same gardener visit each time?
Yes, you'll work with me every visit. I get to know your garden, your preferences, and any specific needs. No rotating crews or different people each time.
Are you fully insured and DBS checked?
Yes, fully insured and DBS checked for complete peace of mind. Professional standards that protect both your property and your family's security.
What happens if it rains or my gardener is unwell?
We work in most weather conditions to keep your maintenance on schedule. If I'm genuinely unwell or conditions are unsafe, I'll reschedule promptly and keep you updated.
How do you handle cancellations or reschedules?
Just give me a call or text. I understand life happens and try to be as flexible as possible with rescheduling. The same courtesy works both ways.

Which areas do you cover?
Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells and surrounding villages including Hildenborough, Hadlow, Penshurst, Southborough, and Leigh. If you're not sure if I cover your area, just ask.
How far in advance should I book a consultation?
